For prescriptions, test results and medical questions please press 3. Please contact your pharmacy directly and ask that they send us an electronic refill request. Electronic refill request will be processed within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days to process all requests received by fax or phone. Please contact your pharmacy directly to check on the status of your request. For all other prescription-related issues, you may leave a message with your name, date of birth and the name of your medication. Please be sure to leave the name and telephone number of your pharmacy. Test results and medical questions - please leave a detailed message with your name, date of birth, telephone number and the nature of your call.
To schedule a New Patient appointment, please press 4. We are currently not accepting new patients with Aetna insurance though we will continue to service our existing patients with this plan. Patients with Priority Partners insurance must have a valid referral from the same provider indicated on your insurance card.
For billing, please press 6. Payments can now be made thru the patient portal for your existing balance as well as co-pay for upcoming appointments.
